Each apartment is unique and it is worth knowing them all. Not only for the decoration and maritime reasons, but for its distribution, materials, uses, spaces and / or views of the city.
The building, which dates from 1930, completely renovated in 2018, preserves all the original balconies and façades, as well as two spectacular terraces on the top floor with views of the roofs of the city of Santiago.
The interiors are contemporary, warm and functional, with two large murals over 17 meters high, designed by Miguel Peralta, which serve as a thread between the apartments and remind us of fantastic stories of yesteryear, of sea creatures and places to dream of from inside the apartments.

Conditions
Check-in: From 16:00. If you want to check in before the opening hours, check this possibility in advance, to organize us if possible.
Check-out: Until 12:00. If you want to leave the apartment after departure time, check with us in advance if possible.
Cancellations / Prepayment:
The client using the standard rate can cancel without any cost up to 2 days before arrival. Likewise, no change will be penalized if it is communicated at least 2 days in advance. Of course, a modification will only be accepted if the availability and character of the apartment allows it.
Conditions for children and extra beds:
There is no possibility of extra beds.
